The Gaskells' House, Manchester
Work areas: activity planning, interpretation planning, business planning
We are currently working with Manchester Historic Buildings Trust to develop a Business Plan, an Activity and an Interpretation Plan for the Gaskells' House, the home of novelist Elizabeth Gaskell. The plans will support a Round Two Heritage Lottery Fund bid to repair, conserve and develop the building into a sustainable heritage venue for heritage learning and community activity.
Introducing the Quilt Museum
Work areas: audience research, strategic marketing
We have recently completed a project with the Quilt Museum and Gallery in York to research their audiences and review the visitor offer. This work involved a large scale visitor survey, focus groups, internal and external peer reviews and consultation with current users and non-users. The work will inform the museum's strategic marketing plan and future developments.
